TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will only be effective if signed by a director of SKINGRAFT.
SKINGRAFT are committed to providing you with terms and conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions.
SKINGRAFT does not trade via eBay or any other auction website. We are not able to verify the authenticity or quality of any item sold on such a site under the SKINGRAFT branding.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a ‘pay on delivery’ basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
PRICING POLICY:Our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability online at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered online at Skingraftdesigns.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our stockist's stores, in some cases, stockist's stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times. We cannot be held responsible for our stockist's pricing policies.
Skingraft stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of its products. If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact our web sales team at 213-626-2662 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, available during normal business hours M-F 10am – 7pm.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Skingraft website. However, we do use natural leather and because the colors you see will depend on your monitor as well as small discrepancies in natural products we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Our products have undergone a hand-crafted design process with natural materials. (Please take this into consideration when questioning imperfections, as we view these details as features rather than defects.)
Skingraft reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
